'The Kingdom’s Fair’ Making of Ep. 915 BTS and ‘Alpha’s Revenge’ Inside Ep. 915 BTS | The Walking Dead
Hate to say this after such a nasty episode but Alpha looked cute all cleaned up in that dress! Which I know was Hilde’s who she killed so it’s conflicted.
I’m beginning to find clues about the wear-abouts of this new Titan.
The Monarch Timeline and the trailer reveals a new character, Mercenary Jonah Alan, played by Charles Dance.
The new insectoid Titan may have been the monster from the same dig site the mercenaries were trying to breach from the 2005 event titled, “A Mysterious Mercenary.”
There is footage of a military vehicle driving through the gates of a building, as if it were escaping. I believe that after Alan and his men were arrested in 2005 in Pakistan, they escaped from their cell and took a HUMV.
With the awakening of the MUTOs and the return of Godzilla in 2014, this was the best chance for Jonah Alan and his mercenaries to finally make their move. This could be the sole reason why they decided to escape the Pakistani prison.
The world now knows the existence of Godzilla and the Mercenaries know of more Titans that can potentially threaten mankind. The closest dig site to Pakistan is either in Jordan/Israel but there’s no record of a Titan in Pakistan.
If you look at 0:46-0:48 from the 2nd trailer, you can see that there are oil reserves being destroyed by ‘Arachnid’ and in the middle of that is the HUMV running from it. Pakistan is known to have the largest oil refineries in the world which leads me to believe that there’s a chance that there might be a hidden Monarch Outpost in Pakistan/surrounding counties. Either that or ‘Arachnid’ comes from the Jordan/Israel Monarch Outpost and the mercenaries drove in a stolen HUMV straight to that outpost and woke up ‘Arachnid.’
I’m gonna start working on Titan B as soon as we get more footage later. I’m pretty certain I’ll come up with something before May.
I appreciate what was said on Talking Dead about Andrew Lincoln leaving and there being more stories to tell but I can’t help but feel like they’re missing the point…. that Rick IS The Walking Dead. He’s the only one who’s said the line for God’s sake lol. It started with him, it deserves to end with him out of respect.
Rick is the centre of the show and maybe I’m being biased, and maybe I’m simply speaking on my own behalf so fuck it but what’s wrong with ending the show? Why do we always need to keep it going? Why can’t we end it when the story is done and / or when the main actor wants to leave? Is that so bad?
I’m saying this as a comic book fan before the TV show, who remembers when the TV show was first announced in 2009, who made so many friends and met my *best friend* because of this show, who went to Atlanta WSC with said best friend to meet the cast, so even though this show means the absolute world to me… it’s okay to end it.
I’d rather get a conclusive, definitive ending to a show I love than have it drag on and die. Worst of all, be cancelled before we get the ending we all deserve.
It’d be sad to see The Walking Dead end but it’d be even sadder to see it crumble completely after all this time.
I think that might be the point of Ricks exit that the show itself may be ending soon!
For those not aware that’s the late great Alan Lanier from the Blue Oyster Cult (who Patti collaborated & wrote songs with in her first gig as a working songwriter) one of Patti’s most notable early boyfriends They really seemed to love each other alot! Story goes he wasn’t monogamist & she was faithful so sadly it ended. According to Buck Dharma he was really crushed! (He wrote “In Thee” about it) Supposedly it was after that she started dating Fred.
